Adam Cook

Adam Cook is the Vice President, Client Services with Credit Bureau Services Canada (CBSC), a position he has held since 2005 when he became a shareholder in the family owned corporation that has operated a collection agency in Niagara since 1932. Adam has spearheaded many initiatives leading to significant growth and diversification for the organization and implemented new strategies that complemented and enhanced the traditional business offerings. Adam has been instrumental in forming relationships that have broadened the scope of the company with financial institutions, government, retail sector, e-commerce, and educational institutions. Recently, Adam led the expansion of an additional location in Montreal that has given the organization a strategic national footprint.

Adam joined CBSC in 1995 upon graduating from the University of Windsor. He is a past board member of the Ontario Society of Collection Agencies (OSCA). During that time the board took on a major initiative to expand the association to a national organization; now CSCA. He is the Past President of The St. Catharines Business Club, and was named Outstanding Member of the Year in 2010. Adam has also served as a board member of The St. Catharines General Hospital Foundation and was a co-founder and Past Chair of the Canadian Mental Health Association Golf Tournament. Currently, he serves as a Director for Niagara Entrepreneur of the Year Awards (NEYA), Pearl Gloves Community Promotions Inc., and CAA Niagara. He volunteers for numerous charities and not-for-profit organizations, and continues to focus on contributing to the betterment of the Niagara community.

Adam is a very proud father of Alexandra, Abigail, Aidan and step-daughter Caitlynn, with his partner Cara.
